看看山那么大那么高，便是海洋怒涛洶湧也無妨；看看海那么蓝那么深，便是云朵肆意卷舒也无妨；看看云那么白那么轻，便是世間心間種種紛擾，也都无妨了。

When mountains stand high and heavy, even the sea may rage without consequence;

When the sea stretches far and deep, even the sky, blue and weighty, is of no concern;

When the sky rises high and clear, the many disturbances of the world and the heart may, for a while, be eased.
